Joe has worked as an immigration expert with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) for over 20 years, where he has led teams both domestically and abroad to ensure critical mission objectives were met. Throughout his career, he has worked with stakeholders to find innovative ways to provide service reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and value, and he cultivates and leads a workforce that views itself as fully engaged in contributing to the effectiveness and success of programs via innovative ideas and approaches. Prior to joining TPG, Joe was a teacher in Turkey, Sri Lanka, and the People’s Republic of China. He was a case worker with the Resettlement Support Center in Istanbul, Turkey for several years. Joe currently enjoys building teams supporting ORR that are comprised of passionate team members that look to work together to help those that truly need assistance.
