Providencia promotes a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to case management that is tailored to the complex health and humanitarian missions we support. Our case management professionals are multilingual and have diverse backgrounds including social work, counseling, healthcare, and emergency response.

Our experienced and cleared case management teams are available to support agencies and partner organizations on-site, or remotely. We support culturally diverse communities and work with vulnerable populations to appraise their situations, identify their most urgent needs, and perform comprehensive assessments to develop effective service plans.
