Dr. KAREN ASCHAFFENBURG

Director of New Business Solutions

Dr. Aschaffenburg leads solution development in support of our sales pursuits, while also working with operations to develop solutions that address customer needs/requirements.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in management, monitoring and evaluation, and performance measurement of programs serving vulnerable populations. Dr. Aschaffenburg has expertise in working with software development teams to develop large-scale data collection and reporting systems and has overseen data collection activities in local languages in more than 55 countries. Domestically, she has worked with the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s Unaccompanied Children program in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Karen has also provided support to social programs involving subsidized healthcare and food stamps, public health assistance, and education to needy populations. Internationally, she has worked on international development and public diplomacy initiatives carried out by USAID, Peace Corps, and the Department of State.

Dr. Aschaffenburg has a Ph.D. from Stanford in Sociology and speaks Spanish, German, French, and some Russian.
