We collaborate with Food for Neighbors to help address food insecurity among students and families in our local communities. Through this partnership, we support Food for Neighbors’ work with public school systems to provide discreet, nutritious food to teen students in need. By donating grocery gift cards, we help ensure families have access to essential groceries and resources, supporting consistent and dignified access to food beyond the school day.
We partner with KindWorks to donate and repurpose our decommissioned laptops. Once refurbished, these laptops are distributed, free of charge, to students, families, and individuals in need, as well as community organizations. Through this initiative, we are not only extending the life of our technology but also empowering our community to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
We are honored to team with KR Scholars to provide scholarships to students seeking to attend Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Our contributions reflect our commitment to advancing educational opportunities and empowering the next generation of leaders. By investing in KR Scholars, we’re helping to open doors for talented students to access higher education, enrich their academic experiences, and pursue their dreams at HBCUs. Together, we’re fostering a brighter future for these deserving scholars, and our community.
The Providencia Group proudly serves as the primary benefactor of the Latino Social Work Coalition’s scholarship fund. These scholarships create opportunities for students to excel academically and professionally, and ultimately make a profound and lasting impact on society. Social work is a vocation that demands unwavering dedication, deep compassion, and an unyielding commitment to justice and equity. By offering these scholarships, we aim to alleviate the financial burdens that many aspiring social workers face, allowing them to focus fully on their academic and practical training.
The team supports Loudoun Hunger Relief through our employee donation program, helping to provide nutritious food to families in need. Our collective contributions are making a real difference, ensuring that local families have access to essential resources during challenging times.
We are proud to partner with the Northern Virginia Food Rescue to support the recovery and redistribution of surplus food to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. This collaboration helps reduce food waste while expanding access to nutritious meals through local community organizations. Through monetary donations and hands-on volunteer days, we support their mission to help strengthen their ability to serve communities throughout the region.
Our employees’ generous donations of diapers, clothing, backpacks, school supplies, and toys for the holidays benefit women and children in crisis through Women Giving Back. These contributions are making a significant impact, providing essential items to those who need them most.
