Amy leads all aspects of The Providencia Group’s human capital strategy, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. She is dedicated to meeting the needs of a geographically dispersed workforce, while building and maintaining a centralized corporate culture that attracts, develops, and retains dynamic talent. Amy draws on more than ten years of organizational leadership experience, leading employee relations, recruitment, employee retention, staff development, regulatory compliance, policy development, and benefits administration initiatives.

Before joining The Providencia Group’s Executive Team, Amy led the human resources, compliance, training, and recruiting strategies for a large, nationwide security services contractor, while also serving as the company’s Facility Security Officer.
