Kathy Ronan serves as TPG’s Director of Training and Development. She is a licensed clinician and has over 30 years of experience working with marginalized and vulnerable populations in local, state, federal, and private sectors.

Kathy has worked with the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement’s Unaccompanied Children Programs for over 12 years and has experience as a program director at secure, staff secure, and shelter levels of care. For the past seven years, she has managed training programs for ORR contracts at emergency and permanent sites, establishing efficient, collaborative, and supportive training and technical assistance programs for facilities and community-based programs nationwide. She has a proven ability to develop workforces with the skills and capabilities needed to advance unifications safety and efficiently.

Kathy is a Licensed Clinical Counselor and holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.
